- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to cloud infrastructure projects involving Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Assist in evaluating, implementing, and improving technology tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with technology teams on internal initiatives, operational improvements, and day-to-day technical needs.
- Document processes, solutions, and project updates clearly to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and technical information effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Contribute to structured technology adoption initiatives, including evaluating emerging tools and solutions.
- Manage assigned tasks independently while maintaining visibility and accountability across projects.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to infrastructure, systems, and digital workflows.
