Requirements
- Senior-level experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
- Experience building and operating production infrastructure at scale with limited oversight.
- Active use of AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) in infrastructure workflows.
- Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience (IAM, VPC, ECR, SSM/Secrets Manager, S3, SQS, Lambda, RDS/Aurora).
- Strong IaC (Terraform) and GitOps experience, including PR-driven apply workflows (Atlantis) and ArgoCD.
- CI/CD depth with GitHub Actions, including caching, artifact management, and pipeline observability.
- Full incident-ownership experience, including on-call duties and post-incident follow-up.
- Excellent cross-team communication skills to translate constraints into developer-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform using a 'secure-by-default' approach.
- Develop golden paths for software delivery, including CI/CD pipelines, GitOps-based delivery with ArgoCD, and IaC module catalogs.
- Generalize agent isolation patterns to include sandboxed runtimes, workload identity, and audit trails.
- Implement validation platforms and quality gates, including ephemeral PR environments and automated security/load-testing.
- Own reliability and observability by creating dashboards, managing DORA metrics, and leading incident response efforts.
