Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent outbound phone-based appointment setting experience (field or virtual sales).
- Must reside and work in the United States.
- Ability to commit to at least 35 hours weekly (full time).
- Proven confidence handling objections and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable home office setup with a high-speed computer (laptop, no Chromebooks), a headset, and high-speed internet.
- Not suitable for individuals with only customer service or inbound call experience.
Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects.
- Follow proven scripts and processes to secure appointments.
- Log every call and interaction accurately in the company CRM.
- Overcome objections to maintain a high conversion rate.
