Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or technical program management.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or demonstrated hands-on experience.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical documentation (PRDs/Process Maps).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Collaborative team player.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance) to draft and document technical requirements (PRDs & Story Points) for new initiatives.
- Support the execution of tactical projects by tracking tasks, managing immediate blockers, and providing regular status updates.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment on system improvements and operational roadmaps.
- Provide ongoing tactical support and maintenance for Salesforce, including user management and routine configuration updates.
- Assist with implementing system enhancements and support user-focused troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing application capabilities to increase utilization and productivity.
