Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital commerce, retail media, and marketplace strategy.
  • Deep expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, including catalog management and promotional strategy.
  • Strong understanding of PDP optimization, marketplace SEO, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and ratings and reviews strategy.
  • Experience managing deals, coupons, Prime Day strategy, and retail activations.
  • Expertise in retail media and paid media platforms including Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Proven leadership managing complex client relationships and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with commerce analytics and measurement solutions for forecasting and performance evaluation.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior strategic advisor to key clients across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, and other marketplaces.
  • Lead integrated commerce strategies connecting retail readiness, operations, paid media, and content.
  • Develop marketplace growth plans, annual strategies, media recommendations, and executive business reviews.
  • Guide clients on Vendor Central and Seller Central best practices including catalog management and merchandising.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize PDPs, Brand Stores, A+ Content, and creative assets.
  • Oversee retail readiness initiatives including audits, SEO strategy, and conversion optimization.
  • Advise clients on deals, coupons, and seasonal planning such as Prime Day.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Practice leaders to support profitability through resourcing and SOW management.
