Requirements
- Minimum of six years of Salesforce experience.
- At least four years supporting complex Salesforce projects, programs, or enterprise implementations.
- Active CBP BI clearance.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, including security models, data access controls, and scalable platform design.
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions through the full application lifecycle.
- Experience with Salesforce migrations, modernization, and transitioning legacy applications.
- Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with release management processes, source control, and deployment technologies.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to complete government background investigation processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide Salesforce solution architecture guidance for platform strategy, technical decisions, and business needs.
- Define and promote Salesforce best practices for application development, configuration, security, and scalability.
- Review technical design documentation and provide architectural recommendations for successful releases.
- Support release management processes including source control, packaging, and deployment.
- Design and maintain scalable Salesforce data models aligned with business requirements.
- Implement and govern Salesforce security models, access controls, and data protection.
- Design integration strategies connecting Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams in Salesforce Government Cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and identify enterprise-level solutions.
- Support mentoring and knowledge transfer for development and operations teams.
