- 5+ years of professional mobile engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Proven track record of shipping production mobile applications.
- Experience building and releasing applications for iOS and Android.
- Proficiency with agent-first development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Experience with state management, routing, and scalable mobile architecture patterns.
- Experience with Flutter code generation workflows.
- Strong experience integrating GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with native build/release processes, CI/CD, and app store delivery.
- Startup experience is a must.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve production mobile applications using Flutter and Dart across iOS, Android, and web.
- Build efficient, reusable, and maintainable mobile codebases using scalable architecture patterns.
- Integrate backend services and APIs, focusing on GraphQL and Backend-for-Frontend patterns.
- Utilize agent-first development tools like Claude Code or Cursor to accelerate development while ensuring code quality.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma designs into engaging user interfaces.
- Manage native build, signing, and store delivery workflows for iOS and Android.
- Troubleshoot performance, stability, and rendering issues across platforms.
