Job Details

5-8+ years of experience in project management within EdTech, software, or creative publishing.
Deep experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development.
Experience with Waterfall/Stage-Gate discipline for print and physical production.
Expert-level proficiency in Jira.
Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Airtable.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams across digital and physical product lifecycles.
Proven track record of managing complex dependencies and risks.
Experience with strategic resource and capacity planning.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication skills for translating technical constraints to diverse stakeholders.

Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale initiatives managing intricate dependencies between curriculum, engineering, and physical production.
Manage high-stakes timelines, identifying long-lead items and ensuring team focus on highest-leverage work to protect launch dates.
Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigations to restore project health.
Design and lead planning and execution meetings to ensure documented ownership and follow-through.
Work with Supply Chain to manage bills of materials and ensure digital and physical assets are ready for commercial launch.
Analyze team velocity and capacity to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Conduct strategic resource planning for long-term staffing and production peaks.
Manage vendor agreements and performance expectations.
Act as the single source of truth for project status, providing data-backed updates to stakeholders.
