Requirements
- Deep knowledge of malware, malware analysis, file analysis, and reverse engineering.
- Expertise in static and dynamic analysis.
- IT security experience with understanding of Computer Incident Response/Forensics.
- Network communication troubleshooting experience with strong TCP/IP skills and familiarity with Internet protocols (SMTP, IMAP, HTTP).
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise network solutions (proxies, LDAP/Active Directory, E-mail Infrastructure).
- Experience with Virtual Machine Environments.
- Experience with SIEM and/or Threat Intelligence platforms.
- Understanding of laws and regulatory requirements driving IT security programs.
- Proven ability to manage information using Salesforce.com.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage audiences from technicians to C-level executives.
Responsibilities
- Support sales operations in the designated territory.
- Work closely with direct sales and partner sales teams.
- Present the entire suite of products from a technical perspective.
- Manage technical trials and Proof of Concepts (POCs) with multiple clients.
- Complete RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation during the sales process.
- Maintain relationships with technical staff in information security departments.
- Document sales and technical activities in Salesforce.com.
