Requirements
- Deep knowledge of malware, malware analysis, file analysis, and reverse engineering.
- Experience in both static and dynamic analysis.
- IT security experience with an understanding of Computer Incident Response and Forensics.
- Strong TCP/IP skills and familiarity with SMTP, IMAP, HTTP, and other Internet protocols.
- Experienced in troubleshooting solutions deployed in enterprise networks.
- Understanding of proxies, LDAP/Active Directory, E-mail infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Experience with virtual machine environments.
- Experience with SIEM and/or Threat Intelligence platforms.
- Understanding of laws and regulatory requirements driving customer IT security programs.
- Experience completing RFPs and customer security questionnaires.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce.com for documentation and activity management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for audiences ranging from technicians to C-level executives.
Responsibilities
- Support sales operations in the designated territory.
- Work closely with the direct sales team as well as partner sales staff in the region.
- Present the entire suite of products from a technical perspective.
- Manage trials and POCs with multiple clients.
- Complete RFPs, security questionnaires, and other technical documentation during the sales process.
- Maintain relationships with technical staff in information security departments.
- Document activities and manage information using Salesforce.com.
