Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a data scientist in AI/ML with a proven track record of deploying production solutions.
- Strong AI/ML coding ability for both custom and vendor-based solutions.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools.
- Experience with generative AI (GenAI) using large language models (LLMs).
- Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
- Expertise in AI/ML cloud technologies (AWS, including Bedrock, Lambda, and SageMaker).
- Experience integrating AI solutions with legacy enterprise systems and orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with data engineering, ETL processes, data pipelines, and APIs.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust BI Full 6C (T4) clearance.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate integration of advanced AI capabilities across the product suite.
- Evaluate and accelerate the use of AI coding tools.
- Implement custom-built and vendor/COTS AI solutions from prototype to production.
- Design AI solutions for automated program tracking, reporting, classification, and knowledge management.
- Implement generative AI (GenAI) utilizing large language models (LLMs) and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
- Build agentic frameworks for service ticket management, account administration, and journey orchestration.
