Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar capacity serving medium-to-large enterprise customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in API integration, specifically RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with ERP integrations and JSON.
- Knowledge of SaaS products.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to design effective processes in ambiguous situations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and capable of working independently with limited direction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to analyze client business use cases and requirements.
- Configure and customize software workflows, data structures, and feature sets to meet client needs.
- Partner with engineering to design, implement, and manage API integrations for external systems.
- Conduct unit testing and resolve configuration issues during project implementation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and integration processes.
- Guide clients through onboarding, post-implementation support, and training sessions.
