Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in internal/external tooling.
- Proven experience in fintech, financial services, or compliance domains.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience managing teams of 3 or more.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX best practices, including ideation and wireframing.
- Experience with agile software development processes.
- Proficiency with product toolkits such as Linear, Slite, Miro, and Figma.
- Familiarity with API documentation standards.
- Capacity to quickly absorb complex technical and financial topics like subledger reconciliation.
- Interest in AI agents and their application (e.g., MCP or similar) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the clients tribe's product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with engineering leadership.
- Define OKRs and drive long-term strategic goals for the Clients tribe.
- Drive scaling through intelligent automation and AI-agent workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
- Own the product roadmap for internal tooling and Upfront to enable business growth.
- Bridge dependencies between Operations, Banking, and Commercial leadership teams.
- Ideate and prototype product features through close collaboration with design and engineering teams.
