  • Ability to work on a graveyard shift.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, spreadsheets, and Google Calendar.
  • Tech savvy with familiarity in desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
  • Working Webcam.
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup of 10 Mbps.

Responsibilities

  • Store and organize documents and files.
  • Perform data entry including lead lists, meeting minutes, and audio transcription.
  • Research products and secure samples.
  • Manage information in CRM systems for marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Process invoices, track payments, and record expenses.
  • Conduct trend research and prepare comparative analysis reports.
  • Coordinate team calendars and manage scheduling.
  • Handle phone inquiries and manage email correspondence.
