- Expert level bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese.
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on a graveyard shift.
- Proficiency with MS Office, spreadsheets, and Google Calendar.
- Tech savvy with familiarity in desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
- Working Webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup of 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Store and organize documents and files.
- Perform data entry including lead lists, meeting minutes, and audio transcription.
- Research products and secure samples.
- Manage information in CRM systems for marketing and sales campaigns.
- Process invoices, track payments, and record expenses.
- Conduct trend research and prepare comparative analysis reports.
- Coordinate team calendars and manage scheduling.
- Handle phone inquiries and manage email correspondence.
