Responsibilities
- Learn and implement the company's established sales system.
- Build momentum, develop consistency, and close insurance policies.
- Utilize a fully built CRM and provided sales scripts.
- Participate in daily hands-on coaching and accountability sessions.
- Manage and work warm leads to build a long-term book of business.
