Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 7–10 years of HRIS experience.
- Led at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
- SAP Certification (required).
- Strong leadership and client management capability.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated people management and team development skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
- Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
- Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
- Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders and drive milestone sign-offs.
- Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams, mentor team members, and conduct regular 1:1s.
- Own QA cycles, set standards, and drive project reporting transparency.
