- Willingness to travel to meet customers or attend conferences.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with CTOs and stakeholders.
- Map complex application ecosystems and hosting needs to the Laravel Cloud platform.
- Deliver high-fidelity solution designs and infrastructure estimates.
- Perform technical demos and architecture deep-dives to showcase platform performance and security.
- Manage hands-on technical evaluations, including trial provisioning and benchmarking.
- Translate technical outcomes into business ROI for customer leadership.
- Partner with sales teams to navigate security reviews and procurement processes.
- Provide actionable product feedback based on field insights.
- Represent the company at events, through technical content, and community engagement.
- Develop tools and repeatable processes for technical sales operations.
