Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in engineering or a technical science discipline.
- 15 or more years of progressive technical experience.
- Proven ability to make architecture decisions at a product portfolio level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps environments, C++, and .NET.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Deep Agile development experience with multi-team delivery models.
- Experience managing technical priorities within a product backlog.
- Strong technology background with product development or marketing experience.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide status reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical architecture of all products within the portfolio.
- Create the long-term strategic roadmap for systems development and software code modernization.
- Develop strategies for long-life solutions and guide teams on coding practices, CI/CD, and automated deployment.
- Identify product lifecycle risks and optimize profitability through added functionality.
- Drive digital evolution in AI, Deep Learning, and IoT 4.0 strategy.
- Drive organizational culture change through coaching and training sessions.
