Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing cloud, software development, or technical projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and workflows for project management and commercialization.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing project budgets and financial performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Asana.
- PMP certification or similar qualification is an asset.
- Experience in healthcare technology, foodservice operations, or nutrition software is an advantage.
- MBA or equivalent strategic experience is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Define project scope and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and strategic reviews.
- Track progress, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across product, engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams for cloud and software projects.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports on project impact and risks.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve delivery efficiency and technology commercialization.
