Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in large-scale systems development.
- Deep expertise in Rust programming, including asynchronous frameworks such as Tokio or async-std.
- Proven experience designing and implementing highly available, scalable, and observable distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Linux internals, including kernel/user-space interactions, networking, sockets, namespaces, and performance analysis.
- Experience with containerized environments, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience applying or securing AI-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of real-time threat detection, LLM security, input/output sanitization, or AI application protection is highly valued.
- Strong experience with systems programming languages such as Rust, C, or C++ and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes networking, service meshes, L4-L7 networking protocols, TCP/IP, TLS, QUIC, HTTP, and WebSockets.
- Experience working with gRPC and Protobuf-based communication systems.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize low-latency, high-throughput AI security platforms using Rust and modern asynchronous programming frameworks.
- Build resilient, distributed systems focused on scalability, reliability, concurrency, and fault tolerance.
- Develop and maintain gRPC-based services and APIs to support seamless communication between security platforms and orchestration systems.
- Improve system performance across the technology stack, including profiling and optimization of user-space and kernel-space components.
- Lead complex technical projects by defining architecture strategies, technical roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
- Drive innovation in AI security by applying modern engineering practices and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to improving engineering standards, processes, and best practices across the organization.
