Requirements

  • Proven experience in Technical Enablement, Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, or similar technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong technical background in cloud security, networking, enterprise security technologies, or related domains.
  • Experience designing and delivering technical training programs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with confidence leading virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience identifying skill gaps and creating measurable improvement plans.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including experience applying AI-driven solutions within technical workflows.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, learning materials, or structured educational content.
  • Ability to build trust, mentor others, and influence stakeholders at different levels.
  • Adaptability, ownership mindset, and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging technical training content, including courses, learning modules, onboarding materials, and enablement resources.
  • Create learning experiences tailored for technical audiences such as Sales Engineers, Technical Architects, and other customer-facing technology teams.
  • Lead virtual and in-person bootcamps, workshops, coaching sessions, and technical enablement initiatives for global audiences.
  • Optimize onboarding programs to improve technical readiness and accelerate team ramp-up time.
  • Partner with product, marketing, learning, and technical leadership teams to align training programs with business priorities.
  • Identify technical skill gaps and develop structured learning plans to address capability needs.
  • Manage multiple enablement projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop reusable learning assets that improve knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
  • Incorporate emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, into technical learning workflows where relevant.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to improve overall field effectiveness.
