Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar product-related roles.
- Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or similar approaches.
- Proven ability to write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Ability to transform customer needs and regulatory changes into product opportunities.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Analytical mindset, strong organization skills, and effective communication with technical and business teams.
- Higher education or technical degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, balancing regulatory requirements, bug fixes, improvements, and long-term product evolution.
- Translating changes in labor legislation into clear requirements and actionable solutions for development teams.
- Writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting technical teams throughout delivery.
- Facilitating refinement sessions and ensuring development teams have the necessary context to build effective solutions.
- Collaborating with support, customer success, operations, and other stakeholders to define priorities and maximize product value.
- Acting as a bridge between customers, business areas, and technology teams, transforming needs into product improvements.
- Identifying customer opportunities and validating initiatives for continuous product enhancement.
- Monitoring product indicators and using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
