Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience managing multiple online market research or project support initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn new technologies and industry concepts.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Willingness to work US Central Time (CST) shifts, including weekends, with two scheduled days off each week.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for online market research projects across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring seamless project continuity.
- Respond promptly to client and internal requests while delivering professional, customer-focused communication.
- Monitor project health, identify operational risks, troubleshoot project issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with regional teams.
- Support project delivery during regional handoffs by maintaining accurate communication and ensuring uninterrupted service.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to minimize project disruptions.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements by providing proactive feedback and supporting operational excellence.
