Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
6+ years of experience in data operations, analytics engineering, or commercial data management within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare
At least 2 years in a senior individual contributor or lead role
Hands-on experience with specialty pharmacy data
Strong technical toolkit: advanced SQL, Python, dbt or comparable transformation framework
Experience with AWS/S3 or equivalent cloud infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to model data thoughtfully
Ability to push back on vendors and stakeholders to maintain data quality
Strong communication skills for translating technical tradeoffs to non-technical leaders
Working knowledge of SP data aggregation platforms is a plus
Familiarity with Veeva software tools including Network and Nitro is a plus

Own intake and integration of commercial data sources, including specialty pharmacy, REMS, claims, and field/CRM data
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for data aggregators and external vendors
Design and maintain the data models, transformations, and consumption layers for analytics and reporting
Build and operate scalable, credential-safe data pipelines
Establish and enforce data governance practices including lineage, definitions, access controls, and audit trails
Partner with Commercial Analytics, Forecasting, Field Operations, Market Access, and IT
Ensure data products meet consumer needs and compliance with HIPAA and PDMA requirements
Build documentation, runbooks, and monitoring for the data function
