Requirements
- Degree qualified equivalent or professional experience.
- Several years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields (e.g., analytics manager, lead analyst, consultant).
- Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
- Strong familiarity with modern data practices and tools.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Proficiency with modern BI tools.
- Familiarity with agile product development practices.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
- Patience for managing complex client transformations.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients in redefining critical reporting and analytics through hands-on query writing, working sessions, and trainings.
- Advise senior leadership on developing a high-performing data organization and modern tech stack.
- Define and prioritize client data needs to influence the data product roadmap.
- Partner with engineering to deliver new data features and requirements.
- Train Kraken’s broader client delivery team on how to leverage data to drive business impact.
