Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Frontend Engineer.
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Thorough knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript syntax and modern features.
- Solid understanding of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, browser APIs, performance, security, and accessibility.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and the ability to monitor test pipelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to ask clarifying questions and keep stakeholders informed.
- Collaborative mindset with an interest in knowledge sharing and team growth.
- AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Ship marketable features for Storyblok app using modern web technologies like TypeScript, Vue, and Vite.
- Own the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle, from reviewing product requirements to delivering software reliably.
- Break work into small, reviewable chunks for incremental delivery.
- Write unit and integration tests to validate code behavior and ensure reliability.
- Test, optimize, and maintain the application for security, performance, and accessibility requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, Design, and Leadership teams.
- Participate in code reviews by providing specific, constructive feedback.
- Share domain knowledge and contribute to technical documentation.
- Help teammates overcome obstacles and resolve blockers.
- Mentor teammates and take initiative in project-level discussions.
