Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company or agency.
  • Proven track record hiring for GTM functions such as outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Proven candidate sourcing skills with a focus on passive talent.
  • Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI in the recruiting workflow.
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Fluent in Spanish and strong professional English (written and verbal).
  • Based in Mexico or another LATAM country.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle hiring for GTM roles across Mexico and the wider LATAM region.
  • Execute competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to engage passive candidates.
  • Perform talent mapping to identify and surface top-tier passive talent.
  • Partner with GTM hiring managers to build targeted hiring strategies and influence business outcomes.
  • Maintain data integrity and manage candidate pipelines within Greenhouse ATS.
  • Support hiring across Customer Success and Technology domains as needed.
  • Contribute market intelligence on the GTM talent landscape in Mexico.
