Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company or agency.
- Proven track record hiring for GTM functions such as outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Proven candidate sourcing skills with a focus on passive talent.
- Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS.
- Hands-on experience applying AI in the recruiting workflow.
- Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Fluent in Spanish and strong professional English (written and verbal).
- Based in Mexico or another LATAM country.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle hiring for GTM roles across Mexico and the wider LATAM region.
- Execute competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to engage passive candidates.
- Perform talent mapping to identify and surface top-tier passive talent.
- Partner with GTM hiring managers to build targeted hiring strategies and influence business outcomes.
- Maintain data integrity and manage candidate pipelines within Greenhouse ATS.
- Support hiring across Customer Success and Technology domains as needed.
- Contribute market intelligence on the GTM talent landscape in Mexico.
