Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum of five (5) + years of related work experience.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
- Two (2) + years of experience in an education or nonprofit environment preferred.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) highly desired.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana) highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison with funders and facilitate funder meetings to ensure strong communication and responsiveness.
- Monitor grantee compliance and fiscal performance, including second-level review of invoices and expenditure analysis.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance documents to grantees and partners, resolving complex or escalated issues.
- Lead the development of grant agreements in collaboration with Legal Operations, from template creation to execution.
- Manage program reporting, guide grantees on requirements, and analyze project data to elevate impact metrics to leadership.
