- 3+ years of direct, hands-on project experience at McKinsey & Company, BCG, Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
- Demonstrated ability in structuring ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
- Experience in building financial models, market analyses, or synthesizing findings from complex data.
- Proven track record of producing client-ready deliverables under time constraints.
- Strong hypothesis-driven thinking and ability to defend recommendations under uncertainty.
- High attention to logical consistency and output quality.
- Independent, self-directed working style.
- Clear written English proficiency (B2+).
Responsibilities
- Build realistic consulting project environments grounded in real engagement dynamics.
- Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents mirroring real-world work like market sizing, due diligence, and growth strategy.
- Define evaluation criteria and quality standards for AI output.
- Develop grading frameworks and golden-answer solutions for AI model calibration.
- Translate project scenarios into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems.
