Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC/IDN.
- Experience with implementation, installation, and configuration.
- Experience in Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) certification and provisioning.
- Ability to develop lifecycle workflows.
- Experience with onboarding applications with automated provisioning.
- Skill in configuring reports and dashboards.
- Expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Access Reviews.
- Experience with databases including Oracle, MSSQL, or MySQL.
- Proficiency in Java, Bean Shell, and PowerShell.
- Experience with web technologies such as XML, SPML, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Experience installing complex applications on UNIX/Linux platforms.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- SailPoint ISC Engineer Certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver product and domain expertise in Identity & Access Management as part of a consulting team.
- Perform technical delivery of IAM implementation projects, including requirement gathering and functional/technical design.
- Ensure technical solutions meet customer requirements and perform design execution.
- Create delivery documentation including implementation documents, test plans, and run books.
- Support pre-sales activities such as developing proposals and running technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Collaborate with project managers and engagement managers to maintain budget alignment and high quality.
- Identify customer opportunities and foster relationships with technical partners.
- Contribute to the IAM center of excellence by sharing best practices.
