Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience with Python
- Strong experience with FastAPI
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await)
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices
- Good knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience with SQLAlchemy or similar ORM
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Very good English (B2+/C1)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend applications using Python and FastAPI
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures
- Integrate external systems and cloud services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA, and Product Owners
- Review code and mentor less experienced developers
