Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Professional experience as a Systems Analyst, Implementation Analyst, or Implementation Consultant.
- Strong professional experience with PL/SQL development.
- Knowledge of business rule analysis and process modeling.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects.
- Experience creating functional and technical documentation.
- Experience working with APIs and WebServices.
- Experience with data migration, system integrations, and software customization.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset focused on quality and continuous improvement.
- Availability for occasional travel and in-person client support.
Responsibilities
- Participate in software implementation projects, supporting planning, configuration, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Analyze and understand business rules and processes together with clients.
- Document functional and technical requirements, workflows, and system processes.
- Develop solutions, customizations, and database routines using PL/SQL.
- Perform system parameterization, data migration activities, and integration processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, WebServices, and file-based exchanges.
- Create and maintain simple and complex system routines according to business requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing, validation activities, and production implementations with clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
- Provide customer support and participate in on-site client visits when required.
