Requirements
- Professional experience developing AI-powered applications and software solutions.
- Strong Python programming skills with experience using AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore components (Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Identity, Observability).
- Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures and working with vector databases (e.g., OpenSearch, Pinecone).
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and API-based integrations.
- Experience with AWS serverless architectures and cloud-native development practices.
- Familiarity with agentic software development lifecycle practices, including prompt engineering and evaluation workflows.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI-driven applications using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain.
- Build and optimize agentic AI workflows, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) models.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases.
- Develop integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP), API gateways, and cloud-based services.
- Utilize AWS serverless technologies including Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and performance optimization strategies for AI applications.
- Contribute to secure, multi-tenant AI platform development with robust identity management.
