Experience: 5-12 yrs

Requirements

5-12 years of hands-on Siebel development experience.
Must have prior experience in the Telecommunications (Telco) industry.
Expertise in Siebel Configuration, CRM Scripting, and Open UI.
Proficiency in CRM Order Management and EAI.
Experience with Account & Contact management and Assistant Agent Billing Care.
Experience with Siebel Workforce management, PRM/Dealer management, and Field Service.
Capability to create and manage Siebel BI Publisher Reports.
Preferred: Experience with Siebel Version 20.xxxx and above.
Preferred: Knowledge of RODOD Implementation.

Responsibilities

Execute Siebel configuration tasks to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain scripts using Siebel CRM Scripting and Open UI.
Manage CRM Order Management and EAI integrations.
Support Account and Contact management and Assistant Agent Billing Care modules.
Implement and manage Siebel Workforce management and Field Service features.
Develop reports using Siebel BI Publisher.
