Requirements

  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 2+ years data entry and administrative experience.
  • 2+ years related experience working in an office or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience or equivalent education.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software.
  • Thorough understanding of office management systems and procedures.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Certificate in Office Administration.
  • Ability to work U.S. EST hours (night shift in PH time).

Responsibilities

  • Perform database updates for client data per company procedures.
  • Properly and timely complete all documentation.
  • Create, edit and complete call summaries according to written procedure.
  • Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled.
  • Provide timely responses to team members.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Maintain client files and appropriate electronic documentation.
  • Be available for meetings as requested.
