Requirements
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 2+ years data entry and administrative experience.
- 2+ years related experience working in an office or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience or equivalent education.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software.
- Thorough understanding of office management systems and procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Certificate in Office Administration.
- Ability to work U.S. EST hours (night shift in PH time).
Responsibilities
- Perform database updates for client data per company procedures.
- Properly and timely complete all documentation.
- Create, edit and complete call summaries according to written procedure.
- Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled.
- Provide timely responses to team members.
- Perform data entry.
- Maintain client files and appropriate electronic documentation.
- Be available for meetings as requested.
