Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales Architect, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.
- Strong experience designing SaaS or API-based integrations.
- Ability to interpret and troubleshoot REST APIs using tools like Postman.
- Deep hands-on experience with API-first platforms, JSON data structures, webhook frameworks, and SDK integration patterns.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Proven ability to translate technical architecture into business outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders such as developers, architects, and engineering leaders.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting Proof of Concept/pilot programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery conversations with prospective customers.
- Design and document integration architectures including APIs, ecommerce platforms, PIM, CMS, and data pipelines.
- Develop and support tailored Proof Schedules and lightweight POCs.
- Deliver technical presentations to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Act as a primary technical advisor during evaluation cycles and triage API/SDK issues.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Support sales team enablement and refine documentation and best practices.
