Responsibilities
- Monitor and update information on road traffic incidents across assigned regions.
- Work with real-time data from multiple sources.
- Record key incident details, including location, direction of travel, and other relevant information.
- Update incident records as conditions change.
- Close incidents once they have been resolved and confirmed.
