Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Shopify-based eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, customer psychology, and digital experimentation.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Replo or similar landing page builders, and Intelligems or comparable testing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-moving remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the conversion optimization roadmap across multiple Shopify-based direct-to-consumer brands.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests focused on offers, pricing, page layouts, copy, user experience, and customer journeys.
- Audit landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout flows to identify friction points and conversion opportunities.
- Prioritize testing initiatives based on business goals, traffic levels, expected impact, and potential revenue lift.
- Use CRO and analytics tools to gather insights, evaluate performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Review test results and provide clear next steps, including whether to iterate, implement, or scale successful experiments.
- Partner with design, development, and media teams to ensure tests are launched effectively and efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement of digital experiences through customer behavior analysis and experimentation.
