Requirements
- Master's or PhD in the relevant domain.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Prior experience in research, academia, or industry preferred.
- Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or LLMs is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Review assigned domain archives to understand subject matter, terminology, processes, and historical context.
- Extract relevant facts, concepts, scenarios, and decision points from archived material.
- Create clear and accurate question-and-answer pairs based on approved archive content.
- Develop content covering various complexity levels including factual recall, conceptual understanding, and edge cases.
- Ensure every answer is complete, unambiguous, and traceable to the source.
- Flag gaps, conflicting information, or unclear language in the archives for clarification.
- Classify each Q&A with required metadata such as domain, topic, difficulty, and source version.
