Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or a related creative role.
- Strong expertise in 2D and 3D motion design, product UI animation, and dynamic typography.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, visual communication, and design principles.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and professional animation tools.
- Ability to create high-quality motion content that supports product marketing and brand storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and creative consistency.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with cross-functional creative teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating motion design expertise, product storytelling, and creative problem-solving.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for evolving creative technologies and trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop motion design projects from initial concepts through final delivery, including storyboarding, visual design, animation, and production.
- Transform product features, ideas, and messaging into clear and engaging visual stories.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, writers, and marketing partners to create cohesive creative experiences.
- Apply and evolve motion and visual design systems across various deliverables.
- Create product-focused animations, UI motion graphics, dynamic typography, and branded content.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support brand objectives through innovative motion design solutions.
- Stay current with emerging animation techniques, creative trends, and evolving motion design practices.
