Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep, hands-on proficiency in Golang.
- Deep, hands-on proficiency in React.
- Strong understanding of front-end engineering and user experience patterns.
- Mature understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in data modeling and A/B testing paradigms.
- Ability to navigate complex codebases and solve technical problems independently.
- Proven ability to facilitate technical and non-technical alignment.
- Experience in scaling team intelligence and participating in hiring panels.
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with UX and Payments teams to design, build, and maintain a seamless, accessible front-end web experience.
- Develop and extend cutting-edge features, including alternative payment integrations and flexible scheduling models.
- Take full end-to-end technical responsibility over complex, long-term product features from initial scoping to delivery.
- Translate high-level business and product requirements into documented technical implementations.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code across streaming architectures and microservices.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve structural inefficiencies and technical debt within the codebase.
- Mentor and level up fellow engineers through pair-programming and knowledge sharing.
- Implement robust automated testing and participate in an on-call rotation to maintain system reliability.
