Responsibilities
- Embed with business units to identify technology transformation opportunities through structured discovery.
- Facilitate design-thinking workshops to scope problem statements and define MVP candidates.
- Guide stakeholders through the AI use case intake process and prioritization.
- Act as a strategic bridge between business units and technology delivery teams.
- Assess workforce and role impacts to coordinate necessary change management and training.
- Manage relationships with business leaders and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
- Define and track success metrics such as time savings, adoption rates, and business value.
