- Current registration with a relevant professional body in Israel.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-masters work experience.
- Proficiency in short-term counselling frameworks.
- Experience in clinical case management.
- Computer literacy and fast typing ability.
- Ability to provide telephonic therapy.
- Strong clinical understanding and risk management skills.
- Background in the EAP field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra Israel.
- Deliver services in a professional and respectful manner per agreed standards.
- Accurately capture all clinical information in the database.
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, standards, and procedures.
- Maintain operational standards set by the Clinical and Operations Manager.
