Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Fullstack or Frontend Development.
- Building scalable APIs with Node.js.
- Crafting efficient user interfaces using React.
- Managing deployments across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Working comfortably in Linux environments and using Git daily.
- Designing and optimizing both SQL and NoSQL database solutions.
- Accelerating feature delivery using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini).
- Focusing on pragmatic, working solutions.
- Proficiency in Polish (native/fluent) and English (B2+).
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and maintain high-performing, reliable web applications using Node.js and React.
- Adapt quickly to shifting project requirements, fast-paced development cycles, and frequent iterations.
- Balance clean, well-architected code with business priorities, focusing on practical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Leverage modern AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.
- Transition seamlessly between different projects and environments.
