Requirements
- MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license.
- Current DEA Registration.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or equivalent).
- Professional Liability (Malpractice) Insurance.
- Current BLS/CPR Certification.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong clinical documentation and EHR experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient evaluations and assessments.
- Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications (including controlled substances where permitted).
- Manage patients within Weight Management and TRT/HRT service lines.
- Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic results.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.
- Collaborate with Medical Directors when required by state regulations.
- Participate in patient follow-up and continuity of care.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations.
