Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience as a copywriter or content writer (senior IC to lead level).
- Proven portfolio of self-written, published work.
- Deep subject-matter expertise in AI, including agentic AI, frontier models, and LLMs for enterprise.
- Demonstrated track record of writing for B2B, enterprise, or technical audiences.
- Ability to make complex technical capabilities clear and persuasive.
- Strong writing range across long-form thought leadership, web, product, and social content.
- Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams to master hard subject matter.
- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Must be based on the U.S. West Coast.
- Insurance or fintech domain experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Write authoritatively about frontier AI, models, and LLM-powered systems for enterprise audiences.
- Translate Assured's category narrative into thought leadership, bylines, and long-form content.
- Produce cohesive web, product, and social copy to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Ghostwrite POV content, op-eds, and talk tracks for the company leadership.
- Collaborate with product and PMM teams to distill complex technical capabilities into clear, precise language.
- Own the editorial pipeline for the company blog to build organic search authority.
- Maintain high editorial standards for accuracy and ensure all content adheres to carrier compliance and anti-bribery norms.
