Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school.
- Completion of a Psychiatry residency program, including diverse rotations such as Primary Care.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in at least one of these states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts.
- Valid DEA number for at least one of the licensed states.
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Psychiatry.
- Experience working with patients in an outpatient setting.
- Proficiency with telehealth and clinical documentation.
- Experience or interest in psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic).
- Interest in pursuing supervisory or leadership roles.
- Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite and EHR systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management to a diverse patient caseload of approximately 50 patients per week.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Deliver clinical care via a telehealth platform.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to clinical training initiatives.
- Provide guidance to peers and supervisors within a collaborative practice.
- Document patient sessions concurrently using required technology and EHR platforms.
