Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school.
- Completion of a psychiatry residency program including primary care rotations.
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one of these states: NY, NJ, CT, FL, or MA.
- Active DEA number for at least one of the approved states.
- Experience working with patients in an outpatient setting.
- Telehealth or telemedicine experience.
- Proficiency with psychotherapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, or psychodynamic therapy.
- Technical aptitude with platforms including Google Suite and EHR systems.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management to patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient demographic.
- Deliver clinical care via a telehealth platform.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and clinical collaboration.
- Document patient sessions concurrently and efficiently.
- Contribute to clinical training and quality improvement projects.
- Provide guidance to peers and supervisors.
