Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading agile development teams.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Dart, and Java.
- Experience with Flutter framework and REST APIs.
- Strong background in API integrations and secure app architecture.
- Proven experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or high-compliance environments.
- Knowledge of platform tools including GitHub, Digital Ocean, Stripe, Hubspot, and OKTA.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Co-champion development of web and app infrastructure using Node.js and Python.
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub.
- Migrate infrastructure from SiteGround to Digital Ocean and implement Cloudflare.
- Execute CRM migration to Hubspot and integrate tools like Zapier, ChiliCal, and Mouseflow.
- Integrate third-party APIs including Binance, Stripe, BitPay, and Trulioo.
- Develop and launch a secure dashboard and mobile app using Flutter.
- Ensure SOC2-level security and implement SHA-256 login protocols.
- Oversee KYC-compliant sales flows from initial contact to dashboard access.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and marketing agencies to integrate design and content.
