Requirements
- Practical knowledge of Python or another language for scripting and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
- Strong proficiency in low-code/no-code and automation tools, specifically n8n and Langflow.
- Ability to integrate tools such as ADK, ElevenLabs, and Dialogflow CX.
- Experience in prompt engineering and understanding of RAG architecture.
- Proficiency with REST APIs.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Polish proficiency at C2 level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize internal AI tools using Langflow, Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and ADK.
- Build proofs of concept (PoCs) and prototypes for emerging AI solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to automate processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Establish standards and best practices for AI deployment and integration.
- Lead client discovery sessions to analyze business needs and design tailored AI solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end AI implementations from concept to production.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth client adoption.
- Provide strategic consultancy on digital transformation powered by AI technologies.
